Writing
The writing section measures your ability to write in English about familiar topics. It consists of two types of tasks, Integrated Writing Task(20 minutes) and Independent Writing Task(30 minutes). In the first one you will be asked to write in response after reading a short passage and listening to a short lecture. And in the last one you will be asked to write an essay based on a topic.
Fees Structure for TOEFL 2025
The TOEFL 2025 exam will cost $205, with an additional $45 fee for the computer-delivered test.
Format of the Test
The TOEFL test is administered in a paper-delivered or internet-based format. The test is four hours long and is composed of four sections: Reading, Listening, Speaking, and Writing. Each section is scored on a scale of 0 to 30. The total score is the sum of the scores of the four sections and ranges from 0 to 120.
