To study in USA is the dream of more than million students all over the world as USA has many top universities with the best and latest curriculum. From India, annually more than 2,00,000 students go to USA to study abroad and the number of students is rising every year. In that students going for Masters in USA are majority. So when major students going abroad for Masters should know that USA academic system requires (16 + 2) years of educational experience eligibility criteria. But in India we have many graduation degrees with 3 years of completion period, like BCom, BBA BA, BBM, BSc.  So does that mean that students having 15 years of educational experience are not permitted to study in the USA and pursue their higher education? International applicants who hold a 3-year Bachelor's degree that is not equivalent to a U.S. 4-year Bachelor's degree are considered for the 3-Year Degree/Bridge Program.

Three-year undergraduate professional degree from an accredited higher education institution.

12. University of Nevada - Reno

University of Nevada - Reno

Location: Reno, NV - USA

Requirements:

Eligibility for admission of students applying with a three-year bachelor's degree is determined on a case-by-case basis. Transcripts (statement of marks) will need to be provided to determine eligibility for admission along with the application.

Location: West Haven, CT - USA

Requirements:

Students who have received a 3-year bachelor degree from India will be required to submit a course-by-course evaluation from World Education Services (WES) to show their degree is equivalent to a U.S. bachelor’s degree. The evaluation can be submitted electronically to the University of New Haven. Indian applicants with 3-year degrees may submit an additional year of a Master's degree or a one-year Post Graduate Diploma from a recognized university in order to be considered for admissions to a master’s program.

Location: Denton, TX - USA

Requirements:

NACES Evaluation showing the degree earned is equivalent to a 4 year US Bachelor's Degree.

15. Wright State University

Wright State University

Location: Dayton, OH - USA

(i) Students from Bangladesh, Burma, India, Nepal, Pakistan, or Sri Lanka and have a three-year bachelor's degree in arts, commerce, or science, are eligible for admission to an undergraduate program.

(ii) If a student has achieved a three-year bachelor's degree from international institutions, they are eligible for admission to a graduate program as long as their three-year degree meets the standards of regionally accredited four-year degree programs in the U.S., as determined by Wright State.

(iii) Wright State accepts international M.B.A. applicants with three-year bachelor's degrees. If they have earned their three-year bachelor's degree from the European Higher Education Area (the Bologna Process), and Indian students with Division I from colleges accredited by NAAC with a grade of 'A' or better. Their three-degree must be meet the standards of regionally accredited four-year degree programs in the U.S., as determined by Wright State.
