Modern buildings like the Senate House and parts of the HH Wills Physics Laboratory were designed by Ralph Brentnall, including an extension to the Wills Memorial Building library. In 2022, the university opened the Gambling Harms and Research Centre, a £4 million project funded by GambleAware. The university is also expanding with a £300 million Temple Quarter Campus set to open in 2021, featuring a business school, digital research facilities, and a student village, along with plans to remodel Tyndall Avenue and build a new library and resource hub giving students another reason to study in UK.
