Identify the Goals that You Want to Accomplish
It is extremely important to start with the goals and objectives for which you wish to hire the services of an overseas education consultant. When you think about it, you will reach the conclusion that you basically want to hire someone who can help you in every step of the way, such as:
- Meet the rules and regulations for studying and processing visa in all the top countries of the world
- Help you with the application process, course selection, interviews and making all arrangements for getting selected
- Helping you with the scholarship process and financing arrangement
- Helping you relocate, manage travel and other associated aspects
As the leading overseas education consultants in Ahmedabad, we can tell you that you must keep these points in mind while deciding which consultant to go for. Without that, you might be losing out on good opportunities and harm your chances of making it big abroad.
Top Criteria for Selecting the Best Overseas Education Consultant
You can take it from us as the leading overseas education consultants in Ahmedabad that while it will be easy to arrive at a list of the available overseas consultants in your locality or area, it is the next step of choosing one of them that is the hardest part. After searching online, asking your friends, and checking within your network, you can refer to this list of clearly defined selection criteria that can help you make the best choice for yourself.
1. Year of Establishment
We can tell you as the best study abroad consultant in Gujarat that there’s just no point in selecting consultants with zero track record or those which were established a few months back. Why risk your career with new consultants when established consultants already have something proven and tested to offer to you?
Make sure that the consultant has done at least 2 years of excellent work. Otherwise, strike them off from your list without much hesitation.
2. Success Rate
We are the top visa consultants in Ahmedabad and we can tell you that years are important, but not as important as success ratios! DO NOT settle for anything less than a success ratio of 90%, although above 95% is what you should be targeting.
3. Student Testimonials
Why believe what the consultant is telling you? Ask around and verify their claims. You can even request the company to share testimonials with you, although these may be already available on their website or brochure.
4. Certifications and Affiliations
As the leading Canada student visa consultant in Gujarat, we can tell you for sure that certifications from authorities and Government affiliations come incredibly handy when it comes to managing complicated processes and giving you the best results. For example, do they have ICCRC membership? Are there certified and trained counsellors in the team? Are there expert foreign educators affiliated with the government, or foreign universities, or any other relevant institutes?
5. SOP Writing & Application Services
We are the leading study abroad consultant in Gujarat and we help you understand the fact that SOP and applications are tough activities, and there’s no point in hiring a consultant who cannot help you with these. Ask for SOP samples, look for proper processes to be in place and see if they are reliable.
6. Exclusive and Dedicated Counsellor/Mentor
It is extremely important that you are assigned a dedicated counsellor who hand-holds you through the process. Ideally, it would be best if you can hire someone who has studied abroad, like our founder Mr Darshan Shah.
Most visa consultants in Ahmedabad will not tell you to look for avenues such that you can get assistance on the entire range of activities such as interviews, applications, SOP, IELTS/TOEFL preparation, relocation, time management and so on.
